New Equipment Warranty

New vending machines are provided with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all new equipment is sold “as is” and “as available,” without additional warranties beyond those expressly provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azalea Coast Vending makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Azalea Coast Vending, its owners, employees, affiliates, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or downtime, arising from the use or inability to use the equipment.

Buyers are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and operation of all equipment. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Refurbished Equipment Warranty

Refurbished vending machines include a limited 90-day parts-only warranty from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty coverage applies to defective parts only
  • Labor, service calls, and shipping costs are not included
  • Replacement parts will be provided upon approval of a valid warranty claim
  • Defective parts must be returned within 7 business days, or the replacement part will be charged in full

This warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Vandalism or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by weather, natural disasters, or other “acts of God”
  • Normal wear and tear

This is a parts-only warranty and does not include labor or lost revenue due to machine downtime. Azalea Coast Vending is not responsible for any loss of sales, business interruption, or related damages.

All warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser.
