All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, client, or purchaser. Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the vending machine and will be communicated prior to finalizing the purchase.

Once an order is confirmed, we will coordinate shipping arrangements and provide an estimated delivery timeframe. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier availability, location, and other factors outside of our control.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for freight delivery and for any additional costs associated with special delivery requirements, including but not limited to liftgate service, residential delivery, or limited access locations.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment. We recommend inspecting the vending machine upon delivery and noting any visible damage with the carrier at the time of receipt. Any shipping-related damages or issues must be reported promptly.
